Another favourite here at Betty’s Sewing Box! Most of us have one (or several…) of these skirts in our wardrobes. The flattering elasticated high waist cinches in beautifully, and it works brilliantly in heavier-weight fabrics.

Perfect for autumn and winter, this skirt pairs wonderfully with woolly tights and boots. Style it with the V-Neck Top you may have recently made, or even the Lenny Top – both look fantastic with this versatile piece.
