Kids Summer Sewing & Creative Club (Ages 8–15)

I’m absolutely delighted that the lovely (and very talented) Donna is back with us at Betty’s to run our children’s summer workshops. Donna is a qualified teacher and has a real gift for bringing out confidence and creativity in young makers.

These sessions are all about creativity, fun, and trying new things. Across the workshops, children will explore a whole mix of activities including hand sewing, simple machine sewing, making felt animals and flowers, along with plenty of cutting, sticking and imaginative textile play.

No two sessions will feel quite the same, and there’s lots of scope for children to follow their own ideas and develop their own projects.

It’s a lovely way to spend a few hours in the summer holidays, away from screens, learning new skills and building confidence in a relaxed, friendly space.

Suitable for ages 8–15

Maximum of 8 children per session
